DR Ali has over Twenty years of Professional Engineering experience in Structural Structural,Structural engineering services, Structural special inspections, structural damage assessments of residential, commercial, Industrial, Airport and Seaport buildings .He has also performed work as a forensic engineer in Florida, Mississippi & Louisiana on numerous projects after hurricane Andrew, Wilma, Rita, hurricane charlie, hurricane francis, Katrina etc. Following is his brief educational and experience: Education: Ph.D in Civil & Architectural Engineering, University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL-1992 M.S in Civil Engineering, Florida Inst. of Technology, Melbourne, FL-1988 B.S in Civil Engineeirng, METU, Ankara, Turkey Licenses: Licensed as professional Engineer in Florida Licensed as Professional Engineer in Louisiana Licensed as Registered Engineer in Mississippee Licensed as a Special Inspector/Threshold Inspector, State of Florida Licensed Building Inspector by SBCCI since 1994. Dr Ali has extensive experience of structural design, structural analysis and structural building elements combined actions under severe weather , torsional loads, windloads using STAAD, ETABS, NASTRAN, for numerous projects including sport arenas, airport concourse & cargo buildings, hotels, condominiums, high end residential and commercial buildings in south Florida. He has served as Special Inspector on Record for projects upto $60 millions dollars. He is experienced in post hurricane damage assessments after Andrew, Rita & Katrina from 1992 to 2005. He has done over 2560 residential & Commercial inspections for safety concerns, structural damage, hurricane wind damage, water intrusion damage, flood damage & damage caused by mold, repair estimates for multimillion dollar port buildings. Publications: Dr. Ali has published six papers in journals and proceedings of international repute. D.Timmon, P.E. Consulting Civil/Structural Engineer D. Timmons P.E is a Civil/Structural Engineer licensed in State of Florida. Mr. Timmon holds his Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering. He has over 25 years of extensive experience in construction system, high-rise structural design, wind analysis and response spectrum of buildings structural design of low rise, high rise and commercial buildings, Forensic site testing, construction fastening systems, and forensic investigation of catastrophic failures and all elements of building inspection. He serves as a structural specialist consultant with EMA Consulting Engineers Inc, on project basis with emphasis on the investigation and remediation of structural collapse. Mr. Timmons has over 25years of structural engineering, structural design, structural analysis, and peer review, permitting and code compliance experience in Florida, Ohio, and other states. W. Qoadri, P.E Consulting Civil/Structural Engineer W. Qoadri, P.E has over 22 years of experience in management of various civil engineering projects. He has a Masters of Civil Engineering from USA and is licensed both as a professional Mechanical & Civil Engineer in Florida. He has done numerous forensic investigations and analysis of structural problems. Mr. Quadri is a senior consultant to EMA . He was in charge of various airport, buildings, and soil testing and construction projects. He is exceptionally experienced in soil testing grouting, damage inspections, Non destructive testing of concrete, steel and other metals and is a registered Special Inspector in Florida. H. Molenar, EIT Civil/Structural Engineer Harold Molenar has over 4 years experience in design development and failure analysis of hurricane damageto structural systems.
