Nov, 2006-Present: Currently doing Structural & forensic inspections/investigation for previouly completed re-roofing job along with providing the owner for all structural engineering services including structural design, structural inspections, and threshold inspections for this 432 building project. Projected repairs and other remodeling is $8-9 million.

Port St. Bernard, Chalmette, New Orleans: Performed staructural damage assessment for port buildings with insured value of $49 million in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina & Rita. Work included supervising a team of engineers, technicians and other personals to assess Structural damage, wind damage, water damage, flood intrusion damage, roof inspections & damage reports, mold reports & mold damage, construcion repair claims to various commercial & industrial buildings for a local consulting firm for an insurance client. Prepared repair estimates using M&S software, assessing repair damage reports and ACV valued at $8 million.

Concourse-H, Miami Int”l Airport, Miami: Performed partial structural design of this concourse. Reviewed structural, steel, precast, storefront, concrete shop drawings, redesign foundation deficiencies, and roof issues, construction & structural field fixes for various building components and threshold inspections for pile foundation, Masonry construction, Structural steel and concrete structural elements. Work also included wind testing of glass block store front , and other components.

Broward County Sports Arena, Sunrise, Florida: Performed structural, precast concrete, roof steel, structural steel trusses, Misc. metal shop drawing review, structural NDT testing of steel, Auger-cast piles , Concrete quality control, masonry construction, ground slab pouring, structural roof trusses, precast elements and glass store front. Performed complete threshold inspections for this $185 million project within 12 months. Also supervised testing lab personnels for nucleur density testing, relative compaction, concrete testings, NDT steel testing of weldings and geotechnical reports review for the project.

American Airline Sport Arena, Miami, Florida: Review of structural drawings, cooridation between architect, contractor and various subs, threshold insepction of $225million structure includingaugercast piles, pilecaps, foundation inspection, columns & beams erection, slab concrete pours and reinforcing inspections, concrete tilt panels, structural steel roof trusses, precast panels , welding inspections and review by testing lab and Misc metals storefront. Also supervised testing labs for quality control, concrete & steel testing both in field and shop.

Royal Crowne Plaza Hotel, Miami Beach, Florida: provided structural engineering services including structural redesign of this 18 storey twin tower hotel for world famous architect Arquitectonica Int”l. Performed structural redesign, post tensioning design, construction coordination, structural damage & mitigation, concrete strength testing, shop drawing review, field fixes, NDT testing and permitting issues with local building department. Worked with EOR Riva Timmons & partners on this project as a consulting structural engineer.

Miami Performing Art Center: Worked with PSI in providing threshold inspection services for $50 million part of project. Reviewed drawings, as-builts, supervised 4 building inspectors to perform threshold inspections. Work also included coordination with city building department in checking quality control, NDTtesting of , foundation, and superstructure to level 2. Norland Elementary School, Miami, Florida: provided partial structural design/analysis for this school board job for a local consulting firm. Designed masonry structure with stell joist roof. Checked shop drawings, RFI response, and occassional inspections for constrion quality control.

Damage assessment after Hurricane Andrew, Miami, Florida: Performed structural damage assessment of over 2500 residential homes & commercial fooice buildings in the aftermath of hurricane Andrew (1992) for local consultants & county government. Performed code compliance, Wind damage assessment, moisture and water damage, intrusion and causes in building, and structural damage to various residential and commercial buildings in Miami.

Designed various residential and 4-5 story office, commercial, condo buildings for various clients.
